NETWORK and/or PERMISSIONS issues
Log on to workstation with Logon ID that is having the problem
Go to Start Menu, Select Run
Key in the path to the Database folder, Click OK

No - It is a Network connectivity issue
Yes - Continue
Do you see the Database files?

No - Send a print screen to  support@goldkeysolutions.com
Yes - Continue
Right-mouse-click on the Database folder and create a new Text Document Document created?

No - It is a Network Permissions issue
Yes - Continue
Delete the Text Document

Document deleted?
No - It is a Network Permissions issue
Yes - Send a print screen to  support@goldkeysolutions.com
