LESSON 4: The Concierge Message Center

The Concierge Message Center is where you are able to "Save" Plain Text Messages that you want the staff to be able to refer to again and again.

Double-click on a Message Center entry and press the "Delete Message" key to delete an entry from the Concierge Message Center. When you have deleted all of the entries you wish press the "Save All Changes" button to finalize your update.
