Errors

Error 13 This error has to do with the webpages folder (missing) if none of the workstations can access CA, or, the Regional Settings if only ramdom machines cannot access CA
Error 75 Affects both VerifyEID program and The Concierge Assistant program.
Cause:
The folder C:\Program Files\Concierge does not have permissions to write and modify.
Run Time Error 76 Program opens but error is diplayed after login.
Cause:
Webpages folder missing inside the Database folder.
Error 99 Is a client problem, see Network Issues
Error 3054 The dwRc error code is for registry issues
Error 3051 Is for access issues, see Network Issues
Error 3127 The insert into "EndArray".... Is known to happen with the Spa addon when adding providers.
It is caused because in the providers table we rename the field "End Array"
To fix this problem simply rename field "End Array" to "EndArray" If upgarding to version 9.0.1 and beyond you may get the error 3191
Error 3191 Cannot define field more than once.
It is caused by an upgrade that did not complete or a problem with a name field.
Database problem. Not a Program problem
Error 3343 Usually occurs when a .MDB file is opened in a newer version of Access and the file is saved in the new Access format. To fix the problem run Database Repair Utility and rebuild the affected project.
Possible causes: The specified file name is not a Microsoft Access database engine database. The database is damaged. Compact the database and then try opening it again.
could not open database at \\PreviousLocation\ Cause:
There was a previous version of CA installed in the workstation and the old Gr8CAP.dll was not removed.
Solution:
From the setup folder open TheCAM2.cab extract the file Gr8CAP.dll to C:\Windows\System32 replacing the old file.

To fix this opportunity download the two files named vspdf.ocx and vsprint7.ocx. to the Windows\System32 folder on all workstations using The Concierge Assistant and replace the existing files.
